- Services Provided
We provide payroll services tailored to the logistics sector, including but not limited to payroll processing, tax calculations, compliance with UK employment legislation (including IR35), and year-end processing. - Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and timely information regarding your workforce, including employee details, payment instructions, and any changes to your business that may affect payroll. - Payment Terms
Fees for our payroll services will be agreed upon at the time of contract and are payable according to the terms specified in your service agreement. - Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your data and comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR regulations. Your personal and employee data will only be used for payroll processing and related services. - IR35 Compliance
We offer advice and assistance regarding IR35 compliance; however, the final responsibility for ensuring compliance with IR35 legislation rests with the client. - Limitation of Liability
We strive for accuracy in our services, but we are not liable for any penalties, fines, or damages arising from incorrect data provided by the client or changes in legislation outside our control. - Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with notice as outlined in the contract. Termination will not affect any outstanding fees for services rendered. - Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms. - Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
